Layers of Leadership 101 is a 10-part comprehensive and interactive course/training program designed to either jumpstart or enhance a culture of leadership in small to mid-sized secular and non-secular organizations and individuals serious about advancing their position in life.
This course, training, professional development series, or what I like to call it, experience will your team to become more conciously competent in engaging in the concept of leadership. It will provide them with tools to increase their own individual leadership capacity, motivating them to contribute to your organization in ehanced and increasilngly powerful ways.

FULL 10-PART EXPERIENCE
This option delivers the full content of all 10 units in the experience. It entails a face to face, interactive instructional delivery model. Small group activities, games, presentations, self-assessment, debates and many more strategies are embedded into this option to make sure participants are having fun while they learn and grow.
It can be delivered in individual sessions over several weeks or in a two-day seminar. Every customer is unique, we want you to choose what works best for you. That is why we tailor all our plans to your specific culture and needs.
A-LA-CARTE EXPERIENCE
This option allows clients to pick and choose from any of the 10 units in the full Layers of Leadership 101 experience. For example, organizations that are building or re-establishing new leadership divisions, might select an array from the the first five modules. Where other organizations looking to develop a greater culture of shared leadership throughout their workforce will select the "Lead from Anywhere" series contained in the last four modules.
The a-la-carte experience is delivered utilizing the same face to face, interactive instructional delivery model with small group activities, games, presentations, self-assessments, debates and many more strategies. Not only is it poewerful, it is fun!

Virtual/Online EXPERIENCE
This option allows participants to choose from accessing the full content of all 10 units in the experience, or a tailored a-la-carte sequence of lessons. Participants can also choose from a live delivery of instruction via teleconferencing technology, or access to secure static courseroom that is facilitated by the instructor at the participant's preferred pace.
The advantage to this model is that all participants do not have to be in the same space at the same time. This combination of flexibility and access fits the fast-paced and high demand schedules that most small to mid-sized organizations often negotiate.
