Breakout Sessions
Dr. Miller conducts breakout sessions and works with teacher, faculty and leadership teams to brainstorm and create action plans that help organizations negotiate the dance of change necessary to meet the needs of those they serve.

Dr. Newt specializes in motivating students and/or educators. He works to re-center them back to their "why", and students to the power, purpose and possiilities that education represents in their lives. His customized messages revolve around three focus areas. Education as a catalyst, leading to win, and creating culturally reponsive atmospheres to increase academic and social achievement and productivty.

Dr. Newt has a burden for small to midsize profit and not-for-profit organizations. Realizing that the ability for these organizations to survive and thrive rests on the shoulders of their existing leaders and those that they produce, Dr. Newt works tirelessly to assess the needs of those organizations and build messages tailored to their immediate and future needs.
